When do I need to book the hotel room by?

What if I want to upgrade my room?
Contact the hotel reservations department. The booking link should direct you to do this. Our discounted rate will apply to upgraded rooms as well.

Please note that the Altamar rooms include breakfast, daily cocktail hour, complimentary minibar, in-room coffee and tea service, late check-out, and a few others gifts and amenities.
When should I arrive by?
If you plan to attend all events (we hope you do!), we recommend arriving no later than Thursday, May 15th and leaving no earlier than Sunday, May 18th.
Is the room rate available outside of the wedding dates?
The room rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days post wedding event dates.

What should I wear? What color is the bridal party wearing?

Don't stress too much about clashing with the bride and bridal party, but the bride's colors are red for the Hindu ceremony (Friday evening) and ivory + pink for the Ismaili ceremony and reception (Saturday).
